Puelas

Terms of use

These are the terms for using Puelas, in the same plain English we use everywhere else. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

What Puelas is

A working tool for managing cow-calf herds: recording an operation's sessions and reading what they say together. It is under development, so we ship changes often and some features may change while we build it.

Who can use it

The people an operation authorises. Each one signs in with their own account, and whoever uses an account is responsible for what is done from it. If you think someone else has access to yours, write to us and we will close it.

Who the data belongs to

The animals, the sessions and the measurements you enter belong to the operation. We store them so the service works and for nothing else: we do not sell them, we do not hand them over, and we do not use them for anything else. What exactly we store is on the privacy page.

What we expect from you

That you use Puelas to manage cattle operations, and within the law. No reaching for another operation's data, no interfering with how the service runs, and no reselling access.

What we do not promise

While Puelas is under development we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. And something that will not change once it is: Puelas organises information, it does not decide for you. The decision stays with whoever manages the herd.

Changes and closing your account

If we change these terms we will tell you by email before they take effect. You can stop using Puelas whenever you want, and ask us to delete the account and what we store.
